Directions

  • Remove dough ball from box. Allow to thaw and proof (rise) in the packaging, either in your fridge overnight **OR** on the counter for 4 hours. It will double in size and become soft.
  • Once the dough has risen, remove packaging. Allow dough to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Preheat your oven to 450F.
  • Hand stretch, or use a rolling pin to stretch/roll out the dough to approximately 12” for a medium thickness crust or 14” for a thinner style crust. Sauce, cheese and top your pizza with your favourite ingredients using the rule of thumb - a little in every bite.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 450◦F for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Broil if needed. Bake your pizza on a Diana's Pizza Pan, a cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Slice and serve. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
